Welcome to the McAtee Blog! Just a quick forewarning to everyone - I am very very new at this. I do not even know how long I will be able to keep this up. This may be just one of those great ideas of mine that sounds flawless and fun but just ends up being time consuming and on the back burner. Our wonderful new family blog may end up on my to do list that includes, but is not limited to, washing the exterior or our windows, cleaning the dryer vent, and color coordinating our clothes hangers - all good things but I must admit will never actually happen anytime this year or next or next, etc.
But for now I will be trying to keep ya'll up to date on our - shall I say predictable? - lives. Welcome & wish me luck!

- Who are we? We are Scott and Amy McAtee along with our 23 month old son Brennan. The best way to describe us... slightly odd in a normal way. Okay, okay, I know we need a little more description than that. Scott and I have been married for 4 years and are most definately home bodies. We like things simple and would perfer a night of favorite movies and good home cooking over an elaborate night on the town. Now with Brennan Boo in our lives we do not even have the option and we would not have it any other way! We recently just bought our first house with my mother. Yes, yes Scott voluntarily lives with his mother-in-law and enjoys every minute of it. No, I am not being facetious. So, life is good, we have been blessed in amazing ways and we are trying to take each day as it comes. It cannot get any better than that!

Alright, now I'm waiting for the blog fully detailing how you color coordinate those hangers. I mean I have my shirts and sweaters arranged by color, but the hangers? Now that takes skill!
